I started a new group on Facebook called Smoky Mountain Shows! https://www.facebook.com/groups/smokyshows/ There are a lot of Facebook Groups that focus on Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge in a general sense. I thought it would be cool to have a Facebook Group that focused on just the shows in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, so that's what I did! I hope you join us at Smoky Mountain Shows on Facebook. My hope is that the group will turn into the place to go to learn about new shows in the area, deals on tickets, reviews and general information about the shows. Filmmaker Alex Chichester is trying to bring my hometown to HGTV There is a show on HGTV called Hometown Takeover. From what I gather, it's like a home renovation show but for a whole town. Well filmmaker and fellow Elmirian(sp?) Alex Chichester is trying to get Elmira, New York on that show. I would love to see my hometown on HGTV getting a makeover! It's where I spent the first hunk of my life, and I have a lot of fond memories. So if you have a moment, please watch and share his audition video above or at this LINK.
